Recently, the devotees from Govindas in Sydney finished three weeks of every night harinama at the yearly Vivid Festival, where huge crowds turned out. They said people were really appreciative and it was fantastic.
I had the opportunity to go out with them on harinama at the world famous Bondi Beach and surrounding streets. Being winter, the crowds weren’t as big as the summer months but there were many who clapped and waved as the devotees went passed, obviously enjoying the kirtan.
